Rather than a conference where presenters simply 'lecture' delegates, the Forum aims to create the infrastructure for the Delegates to contribute equally to the outcomes.
Delegates will participate in a series of 9 Keynote Presentations, group discussions, the Forum dinner, networking functions and interactive activities across the two days of the forum.
We aim for each participate to leave the Forum having acquired the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to become more effective negotiators and role models.
