John Brownsea

A qualified broadcaster, journalist, communicator, actor and.... Chartered Accountant!, John has a varied background that provides the pragmatism of 20 years in the accounting profession with the life changing skills of NLP. He has received both state and national public speaking awards, participated in a public speaking tour to Ontario Canada and has thousands of hours experience in radio, theatre and broadcast

A strategic thinker and facilitator, John has an uncanny knack of understanding individual and group dynamics. John started his chartered career with KPMG then in public practice as a principal in a regional firm.
He changed focus in the early 90’s to build a career in communication.

After a brief period studying and working in theatre John completed a masters degree in Broadcast Journalism. His change experiences, and the variety of emotions that went with them, naturally casued him to pursue a career aimed at improving business culture through building the emotional resources of the team. This led him to pursue a passion for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), an advanced communication toolkit that provides practical skills to lift the quality of communication with ourselves and others.

John is an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, one of a small number of people who have achieved this distinction. He has attained the status of NLP Trainer, a pre-eminent title in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming. 

John’s work experience includes 12 years as a small business adviser and chartered accountant, 2 years in the arts, 5 years in the hospitality industry and 5 years in the personal development industry.
