Anthony (Joe) Fraser is the Head of School: Education, Arts and Social Sciences located at Batchelor Campus. A graduate of the University of Technology , Sydney, his professional career has included maintenance engineering, vocational training and policy work in the Military; Indigenous Policy Manager in the Defence Equity Organisation; coordination of the Bachelor of Education (Indigenous programs) at UTS; Head of School at Wollotuka ( University of Newcastle ) and adjunct faculty at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.  Joe will address the importance to him, in his range of careers, to cater for cultural diversity of employees in these workplace environments.  He will share how he developed his own capacity to work in culturally diverse workplaces and how did it actually work, on the ground.  He will tel us what he sees as the most posibive outcomes of a culturally diverse workplace from the perspective of both the employer/business and the employee.  Joe's presentation will provide a framework for the Forum.
