Terms & Conditions of sponsorship and exhibition space sales:-

All business expos as shown on this web site are presented by Regional Events Australia Pty Ltd and the aim of each expo is to educate, motivate and provide networking opportunities to the local business community.

Each expo targets a very specific market and Regional Events Australia will ensure that products and services of all exhibitors and sponsors are relevant. Exhibitors who represent an association or a group of businesses can only promote the group and any individual organisations represented within that group need to be identified to Regional Events Australia at the time of the site reservation being made (Please refer to further conditions below with reference to Shared Sites).

Regional Events Australia reserves the right to decline exhibition space at any time if it should come to our attention that the exhibitor is promoting a product, service, organisation, business or brand at the event that compromises in any way the quality of the presentation of the event concerned or any contractual arrangements that Regional Events Australia has with third parties, inclusive of venues, suppliers and sponsors.

1. SPONSORSHIP

Regional Events Australia will deliver the sponsorship benefits as outlined in our sponsorship prospectus on:

* Receipt of the sponsorship booking form
* Receipt of payment, unless otherwise arranged
* Receipt of logos in correct and appropriate formats
* and subject to the date of the receipt of these items and the conditions referred above.


2. EXHIBITION SPACE

Regional Events Australia will deliver exhibition space with any additional items as listed on the Exhibitor Space Application (Site Application) form on:

* Receipt of the Exhibition Space Application Form
* Our notified acceptance to the potential Exhibitor of the site application
* Receipt and process of payment prior to the event unless prior arrangement is made with Regional Events Australia with    regard to late payment and the subsequent payment of a 10% surcharge
* Receipt of any information requested by Regional Events Australia, eg. description of business and what will be promoted at the Expo
* and subject to the date of the receipt of these items and the conditions referred above.

Sites can only be shared by two or more businesses if:

· The businesses are established members of an existing business association/network in which case the “Exhibitor” is the Association or Network whereby all exhibition benefits are provided to the parent association/network and the association/network pays for the exhibition space.

· The businesses traditionally work and market themselves as partners, providing complimentary products/services to the local business community, in which case the two or more businesses are each an “Exhibitor” and each receive all exhibition benefits. In this instance the site fee will be divided and invoiced direct to the businesses and each business sharing the site will be charged a surcharge equivalent to 15% of the initial site fee.

Cancellations received in writing within 14 days or less of the event will incur a 25% refund of the amount paid or will be charged 75% of the fee.

Cancellations received in writing 7 days or less prior to the event will be charged 100% of the exhibition fee and/or receive no refund.

If an exhibitor fails to pay their site fee by the beginning (at the time of exhibitor set-up) of the event a surcharge of 10% of the exhibition fee will be charged.
